My Birthday day! Went to Albufeira, the closest town to my hotel to "celebrate." It was quite a charming place with these lovely colourful streets, it felt very positive. I had the best but also the quickest melting raspberry icecream in a long time. Didn't even taste like icecream, more like crushed frozen raspberries. As I can't seem to find the proper name for this I'll leave you with a recipe on how to make a summery raspberry cocktail. You will need: 70g of raspberries 150ml of milk 25g of sugar a few ice cubes Blend the raspberries then add milk and sugar and mix again. Allow to stand for 5 minutes then serve in a tall glass over crushed ice. Easy and healthy.
