A cowboy/cowgirl inspired outfit on Katberries today. Sans the hat. {Why do fedoras not suit me?}
Anyway, did you notice that the shoes, bag and my jacket are practically the same shade of brown? So cool, eh? In all honesty, it's a bit of a coincidence, but this unplanned colour coordination makes the outfit look very put together. And it is so simple, you guys! An autumn twist on the old jeans and t-shirt trend, really.
When I first put these clothes on, I didn't think it would feel very me, I thought it wasn't 100% my style. But you know what, it does feel me, and it really is the definition of why I like having a capsule wardrobe:
You can't feel bad in an outfit made out of pieces you love.
This is now a go-to outfit for when I want to look like I've thought about what to wear, when I actually didn't. It's casual, but not too casual. Great for a weekday date night or lunch in town.

As always, you look great! I really like this outfit. I seem to be drawn to your bags. You have fabulous taste in bags. I live in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and you can't get any more cowboy than that! Let me say, you'd fit right in.

ReplyDeleteWell, I've never been to the US, but I'm definitely drawn to the cowboy vibe. I don't think I could ever be a proper cowgirl myself, so I'll just quietly appreciate it from across the ocean. Wyoming sounds like a cool place!
