WINTER OUTFIT: AN ODE TO A COSY SWEATER

Everyone needs at least one cosy sweater in their wardrobe. Wouldn't you say? They're the best thing you could wish for in the cold. And if it's stylish all the better! You bundle yourself up and the softness of it is divine. You don't even mind it's winter! It's clothes like this that give me confidence and make me feel good about my wardrobe. And ideally, my capsule wardrobes will contain more and more of these pieces as time goes by. That´s the goal, anyway.

I paired the sweater with my trusty denim button up skirt. I usually always wear it with tops and sweaters tucked in so to have it layered over was a nice change. If you remember me talking about really wanting a skirt like this in black, then, spoiler alert, I finally found one that I like the length of (i.e. not too short). It will be with me next week and I honestly cannot wait. If it fits well, it will for sure become a staple in my wardrobe.

The rest of the outfit I left quite simple, you know me, and it just occurs to me that all of these clothes are from just my foundation wardrobe. The look reminds me a little bit of this pin - that sweater is just the right amount of cosy.

I´ll keep it short today and wish you a lovely Tuesday. It's starting to feel like spring here and I'm not sure how I feel about it. Do you have any cosy winter sweaters you cannot be without? How do you like to style yours? I'm wearing mine with dresses, skirts and pants. Hopefully I'll be able to show you a different outfit featuring this sweater for another styling option. Have a great day!

P.S. I;m currently working on something a little special for those of you who enjoy seeing capsule wardrobes that go beyond the black and white. Yay!
